Beneath the Surface

Nanda is a self-taught artist versed in various disciplines with over 25 years of experience and a body of work as vast and diverse as her personal endeavors.

An accomplished creator with internationally published works, her projects include watercolors and oils, mural art, illustration, graphic design, fashion design, textile printing, macrame, xylography, interior and landscape design, carpentry, and even tiny home building!

Inspired by a deep connection with nature and a love of learning, Nanda has  passionately pursued sustainability. As an avid steward and advocate for the environment for three decades, she has dedicated more thousands of volunteer hours and spearheads the Be Cool School, a non-profit organization dedicated to life education and environmental conservation.

Drawn to the ocean's allure and the serenity of nature, Nanda translates these elements into her art. Her artworks and projects reflect her dedication to environmental conservation and aim to inspire and educate the community through playful, vibrant and meaningful art that highlights the local natural environment she knows and loves so well.
